Raised by a small family in the city, had a pretty average life.
Been best friends with Tyler as long has he can remember.

Personality:
River isn't exactly laid back, but he's not on edge either. He goes with the flow and tries to control the situation if it gets out of hand. River is friends with a ton of people but will defend Tyler if anyone messes with him.
River isn't exactly strong. He's pretty weak. PE is his least favourite thing to do.

Idk straight maybe but hey you never know.

Family:
1 younger sister, mother, father. They love him. He loves them.
Tyler is like a brother-from-another-mother. In a way.
